LayoffOS is a product of Elevate Anew (“Elevate Anew,” “we,” “us”), made available at elevateanew.com. By using LayoffOS, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or product.
What LayoffOS is
LayoffOS is a self-service, educational and organizational planning tool for people navigating a layoff. It does not provide financial, legal, tax, insurance, investment, or employment advice, and using it does not create any advisory or professional relationship. See the full disclaimer for detail.
Your account and your data
In this version of LayoffOS, the information you enter (income, expenses, deadlines, and similar) is stored locally in your own browser, not on a central server, unless you choose to export it yourself. You're responsible for keeping your own backups (Settings → Export My Data) and for anything you enter into the product.
Purchases
LayoffOS Complete is sold as a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we don't store your card details. If you believe you were charged in error, or have a question about a purchase, contact us at support@elevateanew.com.
Refunds
If LayoffOS Complete isn't right for you, email support@elevateanew.com within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse LayoffOS -- for example, by attempting to disrupt the service, reverse engineer it beyond what applicable law allows, or resell or redistribute it without our permission.
No guaranteed outcomes
LayoffOS does not promise or imply any guaranteed financial, employment, or legal outcome. Every calculation and suggestion is based solely on the information you provide, and your results depend on your own circumstances.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to use LayoffOS after a change means you accept the updated terms.
